Randy's Bio
Randy Molland is the founder of #GoBigtoGiveBig, a movement dedicated to bridging the gap between capitalism and philanthropy.
As a young entrepreneur, Randy discovered he had a passion for building businesses. By his mid-twenties, he had built a successful real estate investment company and experienced the financial success he had always pursued. But despite achieving many of his goals, something was still missing.
Everything changed after volunteering at an orphanage in Mexico.
For the first time, Randy realized that making more money wasn't what motivated him anymore, it was the opportunity to use that money to change more lives. In that moment, he discovered that his greatest purpose wasn't simply building businesses; it was using entrepreneurship as a vehicle for impact.
When he returned home, he embedded giving directly into his company by donating $10 every month for every rental property they acquired. As the business grew, so did the impact. That simple idea became the foundation of the #GoBigtoGiveBig movement and a philosophy that continues to guide Randy's work today.
Today, Randy helps successful entrepreneurs connect their businesses to causes they genuinely care about, transforming philanthropy from an afterthought into a strategic growth driver. His mission is simple: when business owners have a meaningful reason to grow, they build better companies, inspire stronger teams, and create a far greater impact in the world.
Whether he's speaking on stage, running an ultramarathon, or playing a round of golf, Randy continues to champion one powerful belief:
"Go bigger with your goals so you can give bigger to the causes you believe in."
